QiGong and Tai Chi are BACK

Lions Bay Seniors Social Circle Welcomes All Adults

Tai Chi and Qigong Fusion classes will start up again on Tuesday September 12, in Broughton Hall. Adults of all ages and genders are welcome. Beginners and newcomers to Lions Bay will be warmly welcomed. No previous experience is necessary.


The session will run for 13 weeks from Sept 12th to Dec 5th on Tuesdays in the Village Hall from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tea is available from 11:00 a.m.


The rate is $117 for the full session (13 x $9 = $117). Health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong include:

  • Improved flexibility and balance

  • Greater energy and stamina

  • Increased aerobic capacity

  • Decreased stress, anxiety and depression

  • Improved mood

  • Enhanced muscle tone and strength

Our instructor, Josie from North Shore Tai Chi and Qigong, is highly qualified and fosters a professional and friendly environment. In a relaxed setting, Josie leads a variety of movements that are so much fun it doesn't feel as though you are exercising!

Registration is required. (Online Registration Forms will be sent directly to previous participants.) Payment can be made by eTransfer to lbseniorssocialcircle@gmail.com or on the first day of class by cash or cheque to LBSSC.
